SAILOR MOON VIDEO - TRADE IN POLICY

1. SHIPPING YOUR TRADE IN ITEMS
We currently only accept trade in items shipping from within the United States of America. All shipping must be done by USPS MEDIA MAIL. Shipping costs will be calculated by USPS at the time of the trade in agreement. Sailor Moon Video does not control these rates, and will add the shipping cost on to the trade-in value given.
2. MAKING YOUR OFFER & TRADE IN VALUE
Submit all trade in offers directly to us via email at vintageanimevideo@gmail.com . Please include as many details as possible in your initial message so that we may calculate an accurate offer for you in a timely manner. Details should include all VHS & DVD titles, volume numbers if applicable, estimated condition of the items, whether or not the items have been tested for play-ability recently, and several photos and/or videos to provide as much detail about the condition of the items as possible.
As we are dealing with collectible items whose value fluctuates over time, the amount awarded for your items will be determined at the time that you make your offer to us. The condition of all items being traded in will be taken into consideration when awarding cash or store credit. Cash awarded will be delivered via PayPal. Store Credit will be awarded via an e-Gift Card, and includes a 15% bonus to the trade in value.
3. CASH & STORE CREDIT
The value determined per item will be based on a percentage of the re-sale value at the time the deal is made. Those who choose to receive Store Credit via an eGift Card will receive an additional 15% of credit added on to the total trade-in value at the time the deal is made.
4. CONVERTING STORE CREDIT TO CASH
We do not allow this option for now. All trade in agreements are final upon the exchange of cash or store credit.
5. DAMAGED OR MISREPRESENTED TRADE IN ITEMS
In the case of damaged or misrepresented trade in items, the amount of cash or store credit offered may be adjusted before the deal is finalized. In this instance, there will be two options available.
1. Receive the reduced amount of credit offered, allowing Sailor Moon Video to keep the trade in items.
2. Sailor Moon Video will ship back the misrepresented or damaged items, and award the remaining credit as originally agreed upon.
6. WHEN IS CASH OR CREDIT DELIVERED
Once an in-depth video or photo inspection of the trade-in items has been conducted, and amount has been agreed upon, Sailor Moon Video will provide you with a shipping address. As soon as we receive a tracking number, the cash or store credit will be delivered.
Those wishing to skip the in-depth inspection may send trade in items, and await cash or store credit upon Sailor Moon Video receiving and inspecting the trade in items.
7. RESTRICTIONS
No water damaged, molded, mildew, or any other type of seriously damaged items will be accepted.
