Signature Series
Both the First Edition and the Signature Series release of Sailor Moon contain the same episodes in the same format. That being both English and Japanese Audio with the option for Subtitles. The key differences are with the physical packaging and DVD art.
 
First, there is a large branding logo across the top of each DVD cover that reads "Genon Signature Series". Second, they did away with the reversable covers and these were typically seen in white DVD cases. Third, the DVDs themselves no longer featured the high-def art and texturing of the First Edition, and were now a plain red with the Sailor Moon logo and text providing volume information.
